Euphemism
A euphemisms’ what I’d use,
A careful statement I would choose,
In a moment where the truth is much too harsh,
Like if a lady came to me
With a kiss from her scary
Upper lip sporting a firm moustache,
I wouldn’t want to break her heart
But rather would use tactful art
In warding her away from me gently,
I’d say, “Madam you do appear
To have grown on your face so fair
A mark of manly virtue,” tenderly.
